Payments via our Online Store

For orders placed through our online
store, payment is by credit or debit card only. We accept:
Visa
MasterCard
American Express
Discover
Simply select the credit card of your choice during the "pay
with" phase of store checkout, then enter name on card, card
number, and card expiration date on the next screen.
We now use Authorize.Net as our payment processor. Your credit
card will be charged immediately. The
charge will appear on your credit card statement as being from "Two
Sisters Apparel".
International Orders: We reserve the right to
request payment by telegraphic transfer to our bank.

For those uncomfortable with ordering online, you may also order

To order by fax, please print and complete our fax
order form.
We are generally at this number between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, Pacific time.
If no one answers, please leave a message on the answering
machine, and we will contact you to set up an order. Faxed hours
may be sent 24 hours a day.
Special Orders

Some of the apparel companies shown in our store allow us to
special order items for our customers. These companies include
Tianello, Key
Lime Pie, We Be Bop, Spencer
Alexis, Michael Leu
Collection, Produce Company,
and Pineapple Moon.
If you want an item from
one of those companies, but do not see it listed in our store, we
may be able to specially order it for you.
Simply email
or call us at 877-417-1280 with the product information (description, size, and style number
- if available) and we will contact the apparel company to check
it those items are on stock. We will then contact you with the
availability information, and set up the order for you. We will
receive the merchandise at our store, inspect it for size and
product description accuracy, and then ship the items to you.
We reserve the right to charge your credit card immediately for
any special orders.
Note: special orders are subject to a 20%
restocking fee for any returns, with the exception of
returns due to defects in materials or workmanship.
Product Availability

We maintain inventory of the items listed in the store. Sometimes,
we may sell the same item in our physical store on the same day it
is ordered online. If this happens, we will contact you
immediately.
Sales Tax

Orders shipped to, or billed to, locations within California are
subject to 7.25% sales tax.
Shipping
to the United States and Canada

Our standard freight carrier for U.S. deliveries is USPS Priority Mail, with delivery
confirmation. Cost is $7.95 per shipment.
To Canada, whenever possible, we ship via USPS
Global Priority Mail. Shipping cost to the customer
(per shipment) is $14.95.
We can also ship via FedEx, upon special request. Additional
freight charges will apply to FedEx shipments. These shipping costs will be added to your credit
card charge. There are no
additional handling fees.
International
Shipping

Our preferred method of shipment for international orders
(excluding Canada) is by FedEx. Customers will
be provided with quotes on different FedEx delivery options, and
the actual FedEx freight charge will be added to the invoice
total, instead of the $7.95 U.S. shipping charge shown in our
online store.
A less expensive alternative is via Airmail Parcel Post. In the
case, delivery can not be tracked. The customer must agree to
accept a scanned copy of our receipt from the U.S. Postal Service
as proof of our shipment of the goods to them. If goods are not
delivered, the customer will not be entitled to a refund.
***Please note - the customer is responsible for paying any
customs duties and fees associated with an international order. It
might be wise to check on what the fees would be before ordering
from us.
Customers in Canada and
Mexico - NAFTA
Several of our brands
are "made in the
USA", and qualify
for duty-free shipment to
Canada and Mexico.
These brands are: Spencer Alexis, the
Michael Leu Collection, Tianello, Produce Company, and US Wear.
Please note that local taxes and fees may still apply to your
shipment.
Warranty and Returns

We will carefully inspect all items before shipping to ensure
acceptable quality standards are maintained. If you do notice a
problem in the materials or workmanship of the item you purchased,
please contact us and we will resolve the situation to your
satisfaction.
Any returns by the customer are eligible for a full refund of the
product cost, as
long as the garments are returned to us in their original state
(with tags attached, unworn), within 14 days of your receipt of
the order.
The customer is responsible for
paying the freight costs to return the items to Two Sisters. Returns
shipped to us by the customer after 14 days of your original
receipt of the goods are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Special order items returned to Two Sisters are subject to a 20%
restocking fee, with the exceptions of returns due to
defects in materials or workmanship, or items shown in our online
store that are specially ordered for size or color.
